OHMG. I had cho tanoshimis funs.

We arrived around 11, the car ride there was about an hour and uneventful. My con-buddies were Carley, Phoebe/Kana/Taip.., Jessica/Kitty/Syunrii, Yu-Lin, and Jimbob. (Phoebe's new account is ~secret~ so I guess I won't give the username? But Jessica signs her stuff as Syunrii anyway, so I guess it's okay?...@_@; Guh okay. Whatever.)

Registration took only a couple minutes : D That was pretty awesome. Walked around getting used to the venue for awhile, ('twas the Marriot hotel, so very very pretty desu.) Only thing that bothered me was that they didn't have a "no-signs" rule for AM. Which means people soliciting free hugs and money in the middle of the hallways. >>;

The People: Generally there were a bunch of nice people~ Albeit the required quota of obnoxious weaboos was fulfilled -____- Please, PLEASE don't run around the artist alley in a gang of 20 people blasting terrible trance music and dancing together, blocking the halls. It's a convention, not a party. People would also stop to talk in the middle of the already-crowded hallways. At one point a Link smashed through a crowd with his shield, yelling. I met a few awesome people, though~ I was blasting Big Bang on my cellphone when somebody runs up going "IS THAT BIG BANG? I thought I was hearing things!" She lived in Seoul for 4 years, and we fangirled together ♥ Another superdooper awesome girl I met (Tela, I think? ♥fangirled together with me about Kpop and such. Umggg fun times. But one guy......;; I was standing in front of Phoebe's booth like usual and somebody suddenly GRABS ME FROM BEHIND and I hear a voice yell in my ear "HUG!" His arms went a little too high there;; I felt really violated, yeah. It was some random Kiba cosplayer. Phoebe like...angrily glared him away though XDD It was really funny. Still...

Just because it's a convention does NOT mean you can ignore basic social etiquette. He never apologized for touching me. --;;

Artist's Alley: Our base of operations. I'd just go back and forth behind Phoebe's + Kitty's table, being obnoxious. 8D Hooooshit they both made a lot of money. BUT THERE WAS THIS ONE DOUCHE WHO COMMISSIONED PHOEBE FOR 11 PEOPLE AND ONLY PAID HER LIKE, 20 BUCKS. THEN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO WATCH HER WHEN SHE DREW, GOING "HIS HAIR ISN'T RIGHT. THAT GIRL IS ACTUALLY ASIAN, SO MAKE HER LOOK MORE AZN. ETC ETC.," THEN he asked her to INK THE WHOLE THING. FOR EIGHT DOLLARS. FACUJKGIGJGKLJG FOOKITY FOOK D<
But all the other people were so nice~ ^^

Dealer's Room: OMG I BOUGHT A GIANT POKEBALL. The end. (And a MapleStory keychain and a plush for somebody ^^) Jeebus it was Pokemon mania in there! Wall of pokemon, omg...;; Not that I minded, but, it was surprising. XD

The Concert: Long story made short- I didn't have to wait in the line AT ALL and managed to get front row Miyavi. ♥

Long story - I waited til the whooole line was inside, then went in. Of course the room was already packed, but it was standing room only so I slowly wedged myself in. The show had barely started. By a couple of songs, I had made it halfway inside the pit. Some people were nice enough to help push me in front of them : )♥ I finally got ALL THE WAY up front, but omg you COULD NOT BREATHE. You COULD NOT MOVE. It was sticky and sweaty and grosssssssssss. But we suffer for the king of Jrock k. I got several feet away from him, omg. He even cried a bit when he talked about his marriage. I dunno, it was pretty cool: It was THE Miyavi. Not too fond of his music though. XD All his piercings were out, yay.

Cosplay: There was a Hunter from L4D (Awww it was so epic) and some FREAKING AWESOME SOLDIER THING FROM FALLOUT. It has a HUGEEE gun and rifle and full body armor and omggg it was fantastic.

Conclusionnnn: We left around 3AM and it was pretttyyy muchhh one of the most fun cons I've been to. Concert and content-wise.

Oh and I got a pic of SoReal Cru. The dance crew that was on America's Best Dance Crew. The TV show. I missed the car show but we found a freaking Nissan GTR randomly in the garage. We tooks pics and it was sexy.

I'M GOING TO ONI-CON 08

Which had been postponed, btwaffless. It's going to be on December 19th or something of the sort. I'm holding down the fort (artist freaking alley C with and , so I hope I somehow get to meet some dA people? :'D Oni-con isn't a particularly big con, but biggest one in Houston if I'm correct. It'll be us three cosplaying (tenatively me as Yuffie, Kana as sexy!Rinoa, and Kitty as Tifa). Well, that's what we're discussing. Also a possibility of mecha musumes or something.

We were originally going to go as pedobait and have Kana's brother wear a pedobear mask or something and chase us around the con.

Which would have been epic/hilarious, actually. Maybe we'll do that on Friday. :3

Hm, haven't updated much. I got distracted by azn men. Literally. But I have drawn, but never took the time to boot up the printer and figure out how to work the scanner properly.

Plus, this year I'm taking all AP classes. D'aaawwwww. D'AAAWW. ;__; I'm so freaking busy all of a sudden.

I got a new sexy laptop.

Oh shit, I'm writing in these retarded sentences because my exchange student writes like this. She/they were all so awesome, and SO FUCKING FASHIONABLE. Oh lordy, they had the damn cutest clothes ever.

All of them were extremely surprised that we had a English manga section. It was epic lols. And all of them couldn't figure out what was what, considering we butchered all the names (Hanazakari no Kimitachi e to HANA-KIMI? LULWUT.) And for the record, they have no clue was "Furuba" was, but they did know "Furutsu Basketto". FAILURE.

But NO, due to popular belief, they do not religiously watch anime and manga, and eat rice constantly and wear short skirts to school. BUT HOLY SHIT THEY WORE THEIR SEIFUKUS TO (OUR) SCHOOL IT WAS SO CUTE.

No, the the skirts don't just barely cover their ass. It goes well down to the knee. But holy crap they are all adorable♥ They were all nice and we had epic funs going LAZERTAG and ICE SKATING♥♥ We're visiting them next year, so I can't wait.

I apologize for my hiatus...I HAVE REASONS.

1) I'm a female. 2) I'm a teenager. 3) I'm a female teenager. That means I GET DISTRACTED EASILY. By...guys. Asian guys to be specific. Yamapi to be exact. I'm not going to explain, but a couple of you already know the new ~fandom~ I've entered. It's called Johnny's Entertainment to some people, but basically, it's a bunch of boy-bands signed under Johnny's & Associates, and they do a lot of lulz and aweesome stuff. It's hard to explain. :'D But I've basically gone fangirl over them.

I'm sorry, I think I've left a lot of you hanging; I haven't been into manga + anime as much lately, and I haven't properly drawn in awhile either. It's a bit depressing, but I have no clue why I just suddenly lost interest. (Other then all the pretty boys invading my brain). HOPEFULLY, IT'S JUST A STAGE I'LL GET OVER. D':
